I’m a retired Canadian family doctor with a Masters in Microbiology and Immunology. I have a background in molecular genetics and also did many rotations in infectious diseases at the Ottawa General Hospital. Since the beginning of the pandemic I have watched the roll-out of these “vaccines” with dread, as I could anticipate all the potential mechanisms of injury and toxicity, not just from the production of spike protein throughout the body, but also due to the toxic lipid nano-particles and fragmented mRNAs which can also cause disease.
These various protocols below are meant to be starting points for people who took the jabs but are now worried about long-term effects despite feeling relatively well. It is almost impossible for people in Canada to get prescriptions from their doctors for Ivermectin pills, or hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), though Ivermectin paste can be obtained from veterinary stores if you own a horse. ; )

First of all… Check your batch number:
Don’t panic if you’ve gotten a “bad batch”! It does not mean you are doomed to become sick and die because there are many variables that affect the outcome, including your own genetic profile, and whether the vaccine you got had been degraded from improper storage/mixing. However it does mean that you may need to keep a closer eye on your health and try some protocols to eliminate the “vaccine” components from your body.

General detox approach for adults/seniors:
I devised this protocol after researching what a lot of specialists and top scientists were recommending (Dr. Zelenko, Dr. Lee Merritt, Dr. Ryan Cole etc...). The protocol might also help “unjabbed” people who are in close contact with jabbed people who might be shedding spike protein (eg. nursing home workers). I take the protocol below (minus the bromelain) for general immune support as I suffer from an auto-immune disease.
The other very important thing that helps with "detoxing" from the vaccines is intermittent fasting, where you fast for between 14 to 18 hrs each day (and just eat your meals with in a 6 to 10 hour window). It stimulates your body turn over dead or damaged cells and replace them with new cells. Intermittent fasting will help get rid of the lipid nanoparticles from the vaccines, as they can be toxic too.
Or you could do a 24 to 48 hr fast once a week but that's a little harder, especially if you're feeling sick.
Note: NAC = N-acetyl-L-cysteine
You will find things like NAC and Quercetin from vitamin and health stores, but they don’t tend to be sold in drug stores.
***I recommend all Canadians get their serum Vitamin D levels checked at least once to see what your baseline is. It is safe for adults who don’t have advanced liver failure to take up to 10,000 IU of D3 daily, and I take 7500 IU daily as my level was still low on 5000 IU/day.
NAC 600mg twice a day
Zinc 15 mg twice a day
Vitamin D3 5000 IU/day (Natural Factors makes 2500 IU tablets so you only have to take 2 a day)
Vitamin C 1000mg/day (You can take more but I designed this protocol to avoid GI upset/diarrhea in the young and old)
Quercetin 500mg/day but increase to 500mg twice a day if you start to feel sick or get a cold/virus
Magnesium 200mg to 300 mg at bedtime. (I like magnesium bisglycenate because it's easy on the stomach)
***Bromelain 500 mg or Nattokinase only if you’re not already on blood thinners. Do not combine these enzymes with prescription blood thinners without talking to your doctor first.
NAC is an amino acid and Quercetin is a plant bioflavenoid (plant pigment) so they are very safe supplements to take with any medication you are on. Don't forget the Vit C, D3 and zinc which helps everything work. Magnesium is the second most common deficiency in Canadians next to Vitamin D deficiency, because of the commercial farming that depletes the soil of magnesium.
NAC helps people get rid of the spike protein and any graphene oxide out of their body (there is still a debate about whether some of these vaccines contained graphene). NAC helps the body make glutathione which is the body's "master anti-oxidant" but it also binds the spike protein directly so that it can be excreted from the body. Quercetin also binds the spike protein and helps to kill viruses in the cells. It will help protect the vaccinated against viruses during the cold and flu season as we know their immune system has been weakened by the vaccines.
I tell people to take these supplements with breakfast and dinner. If they forget, then just take the dose as soon as you remember.
It's easiest to put all the supplements into one of those weekly AM/PM pill boxes to help keep track of what you're taking.
*** Ideally if you can take a zinc supplement that has copper in it, that is best, because it helps to keep the proper balance between copper and zinc in the body.
Unfortunately the vaccine causes people to produce much higher levels of spike protein in their body than a natural infection, and the spike protein lodges in the body's tissues causing chronic inflammation. We know from studies that the spike protein can last in the body up to 15 months after a natural infection, so for my friends who got vaxxed I've recommended they take this protocol for 6 months to a year. (Even if you just take it for 3 months after getting vaccinated it will help protect your body from damage).
***Here's a great short video (5 mins) discussing recent research showing that Bromelain 500mg/day in combination with NAC 600-1800mg/day can help degrade the spike protein. He also mentions the research on Nattokinase. Either of these natural enzymes can be added to the detox regimen I've given above, and I especially recommend doing so if you're suffering clotting side effects from vaccination, or if you see that you got one of the toxic jab lots. Unfortunately, traditional blood thinners like Coumadin or Heparin don’t tend to break down the fibrous blood clots caused by these “jabs”.

Keep in mind, that the other supplements in the Covid vaccine detox regimen are there to:
1. Boost the degraded immune system and protect from respiratory viruses (Vit D3, Quercetin, zinc, vit C, Magnesium)
2. Neutralize and clear free radicals caused by inflammation due to both the spike protein and the lipid nano-particles (all of the supplements)...this is important for preventing cancer and chronic inflammation.
3. Bind and clear any graphene oxide that may or may not be in the vaccines (NAC)
4. Bind and clear the spike protein from the body. (NAC, Quercetin)
By adding Bromelain or Nattokinase to the regimen, you hopefully clear the spike protein even faster and prevent abnormal clotting.
Additional information FYI:
NAC has been used by body-builders for years to prevent post-workout inflammation, so I intend to take it indefinitely as it has so many beneficial effects in the body including anti-cancer properties. The Quercetin is a natural anti-viral and is added to the regimen for protection due to the ADE (antibody dependent enhancement) effect from the vaccines. This ADE effect reduces your body's natural (innate) immunity to fight off all sorts of viruses.
It's important to take Vit. C with the Quercetin as it acts as a co-factor. Ideally try to look for a “natural source” Vit C, rather than a GMO synthetic one. Most Quercetin supplements have vitamin C added. Also the zinc is what actually gets into the cells and kills the virus. The Quercetin acts as an "ionophore", similar to hydroxy-chloroquine and Ivermectin... Meaning it opens the channels into the cells to allow the zinc to get in and kill the virus.
Obviously you could substitute Ivermectin for the Quercetin if you were getting sick with a virus, but I designed these protocols to be cheap, natural, well-tolerated, and easy to obtain here in Canada (and can be taken with any medications you're on).
Should I take Ivermectin?
Ivermectin is very useful for treating Covid, influenza, and other respiratory viruses and for detoxing from the spike protein. Contrary to the propaganda from the mainstream media, it’s one of the safest known drugs out there, including in children and pregnant woman and is sold over the counter in many countries. It ideally should be taken within the first 5 days of getting sick with a respiratory illness, when the virus is still replicating in the body.
Unfortunately, you can only get the "paste" form in Canada, because Trudeau is getting Canada customs to inspect shipments from on-line Indian pharmacies. However, I along with others I know, have taken the paste with no problems at all. Usually one tube of Ivermectin paste contains 120mg of ivermectin, so that would divide up into 4 doses for an average 70 kg adult. (The treatment dose for infection is 0.4mg/kg/day). Usually if you have Covid (or another virus like influenza) they recommend you take the Ivermectin for 4 to 5 days as soon as possible, and you need to make sure you take it with 15 to 30 mg of zinc each day. (Some people take 50 mg of zinc when they’re sick with a viral illness).
For someone who's trying to recover from a vaccine injury, or long Covid, there have been various protocols recommended for taking Ivermectin. Some suggest taking Ivermectin daily for 5 to 7 days, then continue taking Ivermectin one day/week on a longterm (year or more) basis. Others have suggested taking the Ivermectin daily for 28 days.
If you can't find the tablets, and you order the paste, then you can take it this way:
I filled a shot glass with water, then squirted 1/4 of the tube into the shot glass and gulped it down, to avoid the bad taste. (Try to avoid dissolving the paste in the water, otherwise it will taste bad.
Detox protocols for young adults/teens concerned about future fertility:
I would recommend people first watch this excellent interview with Dr. Drew and Dr. Naomi Wolf to understand why it’s important for young people (male and female) to “detox” from these vaccines, even if they feel well after their shots.

It unfortunately appears that the mRNA can hang around in the body for a very long time. I'm now thinking that even if a jabbed young woman or teen feels totally well, they should really try to detox from the mRNA vaccines and get the nano-lipid particles out of their bodies to protect their future fertility. I would suggest the same for boys/young men as well.
At this time, intermittent fasting seems to be the only way to get rid of cells in the body which contain the mRNA/toxic nano-lipids from the vaccine. With intermittent fasting, you eat within an 8 hour window, and fast for 16 hours. During the fast you can drink clear liquids like black coffee, tea, or water. No artificial sweeteners but you can use stevia, monkfruit, or erythritol sweeteners.
Meanwhile, nattokinase or bromelain with NAC will help with the breakdown and excretion of the spike protein that might be released into the bloodstream during the fasting state. The rest of the detox protocol will boost the immune system and protect the body from damage caused by the nano-lipids and spike protein.
***However, teens are notorious for not wanting to swallow lots of pills or capsules... so if you had to compromise... then have the teen do intermittent fasting on two days of the week (16 hrs), and have them just take bromelain (or nattokinase) with NAC every day to try to sop up the spike protein that will be floating around their bloodstream. If you can get them to take vitamin D3 2500 IU each day, then that would be good too.
(You can empty the bromelain and NAC capsules into a smoothy, and Vit D3 comes in liquid form).
I would do this regimen for 3 to 6 months at least. You can practice intermittent fasting for more than two days a week, but 2 days is the bare minimum and is more easy for people to arrange around their work week.
Note: For kids age 12 and under have them take the lower doses in the range to avoid stomach upset.
Vit D3 (2500 IU to 5000 IU/day) anti-inflammatory/anti-cancer (2500 IU/day for age 12 and under)
Vit C (500mg to 1000mg/day) needed with quercetin and is an anti-viral/anti-oxidant
NAC (600mg twice a day) binds spike protein and anti-inflammatory/anti-cancer
Zinc (15 mg to 30 mg/day) preferably with copper... immune support and anti-viral. Needed for the quercetin.
Quercetin (500mg/day) for immune support and antiviral activity (and binds spike protein)
Magnesium (200mg to 300mg/day) for immune support and anti-inflammatory
Bromelain (500mg/day) or you can take Nattokinase
Intermittent fasting (16 hrs) for two days a week.
The above complete protocol helps with the immune-suppression that the vaccines cause, protecting against other viruses, inflammation, and cancers. It's based upon the original Dr. Zelenko protocol with additions from the latest research. Try to find a zinc supplement which contains copper to keep things in balance.
For young teens who can't swallow pills:
(you can dump the powder from the capsules and the liquid Vit D3 into juice or a smoothie)
Bromelain (500mg/day) or Nattokinase
NAC (600mg twice a day) If you can only get them to take it once a day, then give them 1200mg in one dose.
Vitamin D3 liquid (2500 IU/day) (5000 IU/day for ages 16 and up)
Intermittent fasting (16 hours) twice a week

When I got a mystery illness way back in Nov of 2019 (long story but I was in close contact with someone who works with Chinese nationals at an Acupuncture school), I felt horrid for 2 months. Lost 10% body weight, quickly, and used only one medicine; Burdock root tea. Drank a pint a day for 2 full months, among hundreds of other constituents it has quercitin and inulin. I got better, but it took a full 3-4 months to completely gain my stamina back. I am glad I didn't know what I was sick with, and that there were no jabs available yet in 2019. I managed to avoid the jabs, much later, and only barely. Everyone I know took them, and pressured me to. I really respect your decision not to continue in medicine, it is the only logical decision that could have been made. Thank you.
